Well it has started! Most agents were reporting that last weekend's Opens were much more active then any others this year. Hopefully the sellers have lowered their expectations and the buyers are making some ver smart decisions to purchase. We had 17 people at our open house for a Condo in Rock Creek Gardens. The seller had just reduced his price by $10,000 and it was now below recently sold units. It appears that we may even get two offers!! No bidding wars again..but solid offers. It's good old fashion negotiation time again. I'm loving this business again. Happy buying & selling to all this spring!
